Secret 1
Know that you are loved. The first and most important secret of being confident is to know that you are loved by God unconditionally. Romans 5:8 "But God commended His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners Christ did for us." God offers His love unconditionally and it is always free you don't have to pay for it. It must also be like that in our natural live, we don't have to pay for love as love is from God not form human beings. if you say you love someone mean it, don't just say it because to you it is only words and you think it might make the other person feel better. Be grateful that you are loved by our Heavenly Father. Say to yourself every day. "God loves me unconditionally, receive His love." Secret 2 Recovers from setbacks In your life you will experience setbacks. Do not see them as failures. You are not a failure just because you try something and it didn't work out. It is only when you stop trying that you will fail. We all make mistakes, don't be afraid to make mistakes. Every human make them we can all learn form mistakes to better ourselves to stand up and say I will try and try again until I succeed. Proverbs 24:16 "For though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again." Give your disappointment to God and go on. Philippians 3:13 " Let go of what lies behind and press toward the things ahead, Your past has no power over you if you don't give it power." When you take your steps of faith, your destiny will unfold. Pray and try some new things. Secret 3 Refuse to live in fear. To be led by your feelings of fear can be a challenge for anyone. Remember fear is not from God, it is the devil's tool to keep us from enjoying our lives and to move forward for what God has for us. When we walk in faith, satan immediately tries to hinder us through many things including fear. Fear of failure and judgement or criticism will cause us to bury our talents We must make the decision not to fear or we will never be free of its power. Hebrews 10:38 "Now the just shall live by faith but if any man draw back, My soul shall have no pleasure in him." We can choose on a daily basis to trade in the pain an paralysis of fear for the power and excitement of waling by faith. If you refuse to bow down to the feelings of fear and walk in the Spirit you will experience the blessing of seeing the promises of Tod being fulfilled in your life.!" Secret 4 Stay positive. Negativity and confidence do not go together. Like oil and water they do not mix. Being negative open doors to lots of problems and disappointments . Look at the brighter side of life and believe something good is going to happen to you. Positive thinking can change your current reality. God is positive, it is just the way He is. The way He thinks, the way He encourage us. Romans 8:28 "And I know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose." Being positive is simply looking at things from God's prospective, keeping your thoughts in line with His word. There is always a light at the end of any tunnel. Secret 5 Avoid Comparison It is impossible to walk in confidence if you keep on comparing yourself with others. No matter how good we look, how successful or how talented we are there is always someone that is better than us. Confidence is found in doing the we best we can with what we have. God wants us to find joy in being the best we can be, not in competing or comparing ourselves with others. Philippians 4:11 "I am not saying it this because I feel neglected for I have learnt to be satisfied with what I have." Stop trying to be like someone else, stop trying to compare yourselves with others. We are all created in our own unique way. No one is the same, not your fingerprints, not your mind, we might think the same but we are not the same. Be who you want yourself to be not what others want you to be. Believe that you can do anything that you set your heart on. Secret 6 Do not live by "If only" or "What if". One of the worst things you can do is to focus on what you do not have or have lost and fail to take an inventory of what you have. It is a state of "If only" If only I finished school or went to college, more money, more friends, more opportunity, more time. If only I was successful, were prettier, skinnier... the list will go on. Philippians 4:13 " I have the strength to face all conditions by the power that Christ gives me." What about "What if." It is only devastating when you applied it in a negative way. If you constantly anticipating something negative, you leave the door open for evil to wreak havoc in your life. Remember where the mind goes, the man follows. God wants us to see possibilities not problems. We must give God what we have and He will use it to give us back more that we had to begin with. Secret 7 Take Action There are two sets of people in this world. - those who wait for something to happen and those who make something happen. We must be careful not to get ahead of God, but also be mindful not to lag behind. We must step out and find out what God has for us. When you want to do something that is burning inside of you and it seems it don't want to go away. Don't think of all the things that can go wrong. Be positive and think of all the exciting things that can go right. Stop sitting on the side line of life wishing you were doing things others see you doing. Take action and get into the game. Search your heart and ask yourself what you believe God wants you to do an then do it. Be confident were He guides, He always provides. 1 Corinthians 12:11 "But it is the one and the same Spirit who does all this; s he wishes He gives a different gift to each person." I believe as you apply these seven secrets into your life you too will begin to experience the boldness and confidence that God desires you to walk in. CONFIDENCE IN GOD MAKES ALL THE DIFFERNCE

1 John 5:14-15
And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us. and if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, w know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him. We must choose to wait for God's timing. Have you ever heard that they say "timing is everything." If we want to make wise choices in life then timing is critical, especially God's timing. God has put dreams and desires in each of our hearts. We have things that we hoping for and praying for. God never puts a time frame on His promises to answer us. He never tells us in a hour of this day He will answer us or bring our dreams to pass. He never say if you pray in faith, I will get back to you in a minute, hour or two weeks time. No He doesn't work like that. It is when we feel we want to give up on everything that is when He comes through for us. God doesn't spell out a specific time for answers to our prayers. He simply promises us that if we put our total trust and confidence in Him and refuse to worry and try to make things happing in our own strength. He will give us His answer in the right way and at the right time. Sometimes we might think that God will not come through for us, but He always does. We are human beings want instant results with everything in life, we want things to happen immediately. Unwillingness to wait for God's timing is nothing more than a lack of trust. In Habakkuk 2:3 "the vision is for an appointed time. Though it tarry, wait earnestly for it, for it will surely come." God has a appointed time to bring your dreams to pass. He has appointed a specific time to answer your prayers. If it is time, it is the best time. It is worth waiting for God's timing. When you prayed and you leave all at His feet you can be rest assured and know beyond a shadow of doubt that He is going to see it through. Maybe you are single and longing for a soul mate. Trust God He will see you through, He will send someone on your path when you least expect it. Maybe you are looking for work, or longing for a child. They say God work in mysterious ways. The bible is full of stories of those who waited faithfully on God. God gave Moses a dream that he will deliver the children of Israel form slavery. God gave Joseph a dream that he would rule over Egypt. There are so many other stories. Jesus says "He who endures to the end shall receive the prize." God rewards people who don't give up on Him. He shows favour to those with expectant trusting hearts. Keep taking the high road even when you can't see the any end in sight. Keep on being faithful and waiting with a trusting attitude. In due season you will reap the harvest of the good things of God. He is in control and He will see you through. All that He ask is that you trust Him and enter into His rest. Know that He is God. He also say in Jeremiah 29:11 "I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to five you hope and a future." The bible is full of promises from God. We just need to trust Him and know that at the right time He will deliver. When do you know when your child chooses the right boyfriend.
You don’t you just have to pray and hope that they are meant for each other and if they want to take it further, pray that both of them use there sense and don’t do anything silly that they both will regret later. What if it is a long distance relationship will it work. If they decide to take it serious and fall in love the biggest concern is will he treat her right, will he love her, will he take care of her, what is the chances of him hitting or hurting her if he doesn’t get his way or if he gets angry. Do you as a parent get involved so that you child hates you or do you let them work things out. Do you pray for your daughter to get a good kind, loving fun, caring man. That worship the ground she walking on. Just keep on praying that God will send the right husband or wife to your children one with Christian values or one that will take care of them until death do them apart. Someone that will listen, forgive instantly, never stay cross and one that will love unconditionally. May they recognise God in all the things that they do and always gives Him the first Good Morning and the last Thank you of the day. |
