Matthew 6:14
If you forgive those who sin against you, your Heavenly Father will forgive you. Did you ever tell someone a secret and then you get people coming to you and say: "I heard you...." It makes you so angry and you want to take revenge or get even with the person spreading rumours or telling you secrets to other kids. Your mind is so full of hate and you just want to get even thinking. "Maybe I can trip her or spill water on her clothes by accident or write a nasty letter to someone and say it comes from her or tell something that is not true of her, just to get back at her for betraying your trust." You thought she was your friend. Who gives her the right to tell your secrets all things that she ever told you kept for yourself. Don't let people make you miserable they go on with their lives and you still carry this hate inside you. May parents always use to say "Don't do to others that you do not want to be done to yourself and always forgive 70x7." Don't ever go down to that persons level it will be like you are just as bad show them you will keep your head up and pretend it doesn't get to you one bit. Stay out of their way, people will put two and two together and start asking questions or the person that hurt you will get embarrass by someone else. Revenge is often like biting a dog because the dog bit you Austin O'Malley THINGS TO DO Think about the last time you were hurt by someone. How did you respond? What do you think you will do different? Apologize to someone that you hurt or ignored. Ask God to fill your heart with love. Think of the person you holding a grudge against or someone you want to get even with, make the decision to forgive that person with God's help. THINGS TO REMEMBER Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge...but love your neighbour as yourself. Leviticus 19:18 Jesus said "Father forgive them for they don't know what they are doing". Luke 23:34 QUOTES: Forgiveness is the fragrance the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it. Author - Mark Twain

Psalm 29:11
The Lord gives his people strength, the Lord blesses them with peace. Sometimes we get so stressed out about little things and when we look back we tap ourselves on the shoulder and say to ourselves "I stressed for no reason, it was not that bad" Are you stressing about someone that bullying you or maybe a test that you studied for but still fear you won't get good marks, or you don't know if the teacher said homework or not. Are you stressing about a situation at home or someone that is ill. Are you stressing about friends that want to control you and want you to do things you do not want to do but you do not want to tell them as you know they will make your name bad. Stress can be a real response for difficult situations and this sometimes can be really messed up. Stress makes you unable to think. There is always ways to deal with stress. Ask God to help you, also have a responsibility to calm down and let God give you strength and courage. Stop panicking take a few deep breaths and concentrate on God's presence in your life. Always say thank you to God in every situation. TO DO LIST. Make a list of the things that stress you out. Make a list of the things that can help you handle stress, such as exercise, prayer, planning ahead, talking to someone. Apologise to anyone you might have been rude to as a result of stress. Ask God to help you overcome stress in your life. REMEMBER: Those who love your instructions have great peace and do not stumble. If you are still in school sometimes life can be hectic with school and home life and you feel you don't know were to start and were to leave. Sometimes you can feel the pressure from the teachers saying "Remember you have to study to pass my test, or remember to hand in your assignments on time or you will get a round zero. Sometimes getting home your parents are on your case too. Your mom will make sure you study and do your homework and assignments all the same day, you just have to juggle and prioritize your afternoon and your planning even if it means putting your phone away and burn the midnight oil until all is done. Here is a few study tips:
Start and copy all the headings in each topic you studying. Turn your headings into notes or into a question and see if you can answer them, if you can you are ready for that section of your test. Concentrate and study on. Fill in the keywords for all the information under your headings. The best study aid that anyone can have for a test is their own A+ memory cards. A high percentage of the material you read gets lost in your short term memory to your long term memory, simply because you haven't spend enough time learning the terminology or substance. It is almost impossible to retain everything you read or hear the first time around. The A+ memory card is where you can look back and refresh your memory in order to insure that is does make it into the long term part of our brain. Create a memory Tree. Create a memory tree of facts. Construct the big branches, then the leaves. The branches represent the large categories, the leave the facts that falls under the categories. Create a mental memory tree. Visualize the branches and the leaves in your head the leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way and it should be logical. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know, It seems the more mental connections we have to a piesce of information, the more successful we be in remembering it. Write our things to memorise them over and over. Flashcards. This technique has been proven to be the most effective study strategy for memorizing things. Flash cards are two sided study aids that have a cue, a question, a concept on the one side and the answer on the opposite side. Flashcards will enable you to test your ability to not only recognise important information, but also the ability tor retrieve information from scratch. A free printable. |
